1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Using my Strong Strength Method I will create a plan that is tailored to meet your needs. Sessions can be done in person or online virtually. Rates are based on session length which typically run from 40 to 60 minutes.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Get fit with friends. This is a fun option to workout with friends and hold each other accountable. A group size of 2-4 individuals with the same fitness goals who can commit to an agreed upon time slot. Rates are based on number of participants and session length.
NUTRITION COACHING
1:1 sessions are tailored to your needs and time constraints. The Initial intake session typically takes an hour to gather data and collaborativly create a plan that fits your needs. Follow-up sessions take a half hour and can be done weekly or bi-weekly. My goal is to help guide you on your food journey to meet your specific food goals.
